Job Role: Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to drive standardization and consistency of SAFe Agile practices across our product and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coach the Scrum Team on Agile principles and best practices, ensuring seamless adoption and high-quality deliverables.
  • Recognize areas of strength and improvement, employing coaching and development techniques to drive team performance and foster a culture of continuous learning.
  • Ensure Scrum is understood and practiced by the team, adhering to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines.
  • Resolves team impediments with other Scrum Masters to increase the effectiveness of Scrum application and promote cross-functional collaboration.
  • Facilitate and support all Scrum events, including Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective, promoting transparency and open communication.
  • Drive continuous improvements through metrics and escalate issues in a timely manner, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing risks.

Closely collaborate with Product Leadership, Technology, and Operations teams on product development roadmaps and timelines to ensure alignment and effective execution.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills to effectively engage stakeholders and drive positive change.
  • Deep understanding of agile frameworks, software development life cycle, and Scrum techniques to lead complex transformations.
  • Planning and problem-solving experience with product owners and delivery teams to drive successful project outcomes.
  • Demonstrated experience facilitating meetings at multiple levels of an organization to ensure broad stakeholder engagement and buy-in.
  • Bachelor's degree and 10 years of software development experience in an Agile environment, with 3 years of Scrum Master experience, coupled with hands-on experience in Jira and other ADLM tools.
  • Preferred SAFe certifications (SSM, SASM, RTE, SA) to validate expertise and commitment to Agile excellence.
