Unlocking Growth: A Sales Transformation Role

- Drive business expansion across South India by harnessing the potential of industrial, infrastructure, and utility sectors.

- Develop strategic partnerships with distributors, EPCs, and government clients to boost sales performance.

- Achieve revenue targets and contribute significantly to regional growth.

- Identify new opportunities in distribution, power, dry-type, and oil-cooled transformers to drive market share.

- Navigate tenders, RFQs, and techno-commercial negotiations to secure key contracts.

- Collaborate closely with technical and project teams to deliver customized transformer solutions.

- Maintain a CRM system for accurate sales forecasting and funnel visibility.

- Stay informed about market trends, pricing dynamics, and competitor landscape.

- Leverage a strong network of connections with EPCs, utilities, infra companies, and industrial buyers in South India.

- Proven track record of securing high-value transformer deals.

- A degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is highly desirable.

- Possess excellent negotiation, presentation, and client relationship skills.
