We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Lead to facilitate the implementation of lean-agile principles and practices across teams and departments.

This role involves coaching teams on agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe, to enhance productivity and collaboration.

The successful candidate will work closely with leadership to drive organisational agility and align goals with business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build agile competencies within the organisation.
  • Identify and address organisational challenges that may impact agile adoption and performance.
  • Promote a mindset of continuous improvement and innovation within teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of technology services.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of agile transformations and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of lean-agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies.
  • Proven ability to coach and mentor teams in agile practices.
  • Experience in the technology and telecoms industry, particularly in services.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • A track record of driving organisational change and promoting a culture of innovation.
  • Relevant certifications in agile methodologies, such as SAFe, Scrum Master, or equivalent.
