Expert in Banking Transformation

As a seasoned consultant, we seek an expert to drive transformation in the banking industry.

  • Technical Skills:
  • Java (L4/L5): Design and implement scalable components and T24 integration.
  • SQL (L3–L5): Advanced data modeling, performance optimization, and query design across complex banking datasets.
  • Spring Boot (L3–L5): Develop robust microservices and backend systems.
  • Microservices (L3/L4): Expertise in distributed architecture, service orchestration, and fault-tolerant design.
  • AA (L4/L5): Strategic ownership of AA customization and deployment; mastery of DSF, OFS, IRIS, Design Studio, and AA lifecycle management.

Domain Knowledge:

  • Temenos T24: Proven experience in leading end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and performance tuning.
  • Banking Modules: Strong domain expertise in Life & Annuity Insurance, Payments, Retail Banking, and Investment Banking workflows.

Behavioral & Management Skills:

  • Collaboration (L4/L5): Influence cross-functional strategy and drive alignment across business and technology leadership.
  • Business Communication (L3–L5): Represent delivery in client forums and drive strategic communication and stakeholder confidence.
  • Team Management (L3/L4): Lead large, multi-location teams and mentor senior leaders to ensure delivery excellence and transformation outcomes.
