This role is a critical part of our technology services and consulting business. It involves providing significant technical expertise in architecture planning, design, and management of complex digital transformation projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of system requirements and the ability to lead structural architectural design for scalable and extensible solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technology capacity planning by reviewing current and future requirements
  • Utilize new features of underlying technologies to ensure smooth functioning of databases and applications
  • Strategize, implement disaster recovery plans and create backup and recovery plans
  • Manage day-to-day operations by troubleshooting issues, conducting root cause analysis, and developing fixes
  • Plan and manage upgradations, migrations, maintenance, backup, installation, and configuration functions
  • Review technical performance and deploy ways to improve efficiency, fine-tune performance, and reduce challenges
  • Develop shift rosters for teams to ensure no disruption in operations
  • Create and update SOPs, Data Responsibility Matrices, operations manuals, daily test plans, data architecture guidance, and provide weekly status reports to client leadership and internal stakeholders
  • Leverage technology to develop Service Improvement Plans through automation and other initiatives for higher efficiency and effectiveness

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Linux Admin experience with 5-8 years of experience
  • Strong understanding of system requirements and architecture planning
  • Ability to lead structural architectural design for scalable and extensible solutions
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
