Agile Transformation Leader

The role of the Program Management/Scrum Master is crucial in leading the transformation of an organization into a Lean-Agile framework. This involves implementing the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) at the primary stage of product development, applying Lean, Agile, and Product Development flow principles to improve productivity, employee satisfaction, time to market, and quality.
Key responsibilities include planning and execution through Agile Release Trains, identifying and prioritizing stakeholders, understanding stakeholder expectations, and managing expectations through tailored communication and engagement strategies. Additionally, the Scrum Master must serve as a facilitator for multiple teams across the program, assist in overall program/project planning, and ensure cross-team dependencies are well-understood and modeled in project plans and timelines.
The ideal candidate will have experience in SAFe, excellent command over Verizon's Network and Security system, and strong knowledge of software development and Enterprise Architecture lifecycle. They must be able to evaluate, develop, and implement systems solutions to effectively fulfill business requirements, communicate the status of projects to enterprise-wide audiences, and create and identify a communication strategy depending on the nature of the project.
