Job Description

As an Agile Coach, you will play a pivotal role in driving the organization's SAFe Agile transformation efforts. Your primary responsibility will be to support and guide teams and leaders in transitioning to Agile methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess the current state of Agile maturity and develop a roadmap for improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to teams and leaders in adopting SAFe Agile principles, practices, and mindset.
  • Mentor Agile teams to improve their performance, collaboration, and delivery capabilities.
  • Advise on SAFe events, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To excel in this role, you must possess deep knowledge and expertise in SAFe. You should combine technical knowledge of SAFe with a motivation to improve software, systems, and Agile business processes.

  • Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and other agile tools is essential.
  • SAFe training experience is mandatory.
  • Preferred qualifications include workshop facilitation experience and familiarity with Lean principles and practices.

What We Expect of You

  • Master's degree and 4 to 6 years of experience with SAFe, software, systems, and Agile business processes OR Bachelor's degree and 6 to 8 years of experience with SAFe, software, systems, and Agile business processes OR Diploma and 10 to 12 years of experience with SAFe, software, systems, and Agile business processes OR SAFe for Teams certification or equivalent - mandatory.
  • Soft skills: Excellent analytical and gap/fit assessment skills, strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively with global, virtual teams, high degree of initiative and self-motivation, ability to manage multiple priorities successfully, team-oriented, focus on achieving team goals, strong presentation and public speaking skills.
