Job Description:

We are seeking an Agile Transformation Expert to lead our organization in its journey towards agility. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating regular planning sessions, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless sprint execution.

About the Role:

  • Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives) and ensure on-time delivery of features and functionalities.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development Teams to define and prioritize the product backlog.
  • Remove impediments and blockers to enable effective sprint execution.
  • Guide and coach stakeholders and teams on Agile best practices and principles.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you must have extensive experience in Agile frameworks such as Kanban, Scrum, and SAFe, and demonstrated success in removing blockers and driving Agile maturity. You should also have good experience with Agile technologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of related work experience/schooling.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM).
