Job Title: Agile Transformation Expert

A transformative leader is required to spearhead our Scrum Master program, driving team success through effective project management and facilitation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Manage project scope and timelines, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Sprint Facilitation: Coordinate and facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Agile Coaching: Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles, Scrum framework, and best practices.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Facilitate internal communication and promote effective collaboration across teams. Act as the primary point of contact for external communications with customers and stakeholders.
  • Backlog Management: Work closely with Product Owners to manage product backlogs, refine user stories, and prioritize new requests.
  • Obstacle Removal: Identify and resolve conflicts, remove impediments, and ensure a smooth workflow for the development teams.
  • Agile Framework Expertise: Demonstrate deep understanding and practical application of Scrum techniques and artifacts (definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement).
  • Agile Framework Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • 8-12 years of proven experience in a Scrum Master role.
  • Strong familiarity with software development processes.
  • Expertise in Scrum methodologies and artifacts.
  • Proficiency in other Agile frameworks (Crystal, XP, etc.).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated servant leadership abilities.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) is highly desirable.
