Agile Transformation Specialist

About the Role

As a seasoned Agile Coach, you will be instrumental in driving organizational transformation and empowering teams to achieve peak performance. You will serve as a trusted advisor, guiding Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and leadership through Agile methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and coach Agile teams to improve productivity, efficiency, and quality.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive Agile training workshops, boot camps, and knowledge sessions to equip teams with essential skills.
  • Lead and support large-scale Agile transformations at both team and organizational levels, ensuring seamless adoption and integration.
  • Analyze team maturity and provide actionable recommendations for process improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with delivery teams to embed Lean and Agile principles into daily work routines.
  • Support the scaling of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS, or Spotify model, as applicable.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in Agile coaching, with a strong track record of driving successful transformations.
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on process improvement.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
