Agile Transformation Leader

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Leader to spearhead our organization's transition to SAFe principles and practices. As a seasoned professional, you will play a key role in promoting a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and innovation across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transformation Lead: Support and lead the organization's SAFe Agile transformation by promoting SAFe principles, practices, and mindset.
  • Agile Maturity Assessment: Assess Agile maturity, define a roadmap for improvement, and provide guidance to teams and leaders during the transition.
  • Coach and Mentor: Coach and mentor Agile roles such as Scrum Masters, RTEs, Product Owners, and team members to elevate Agile performance.
  • Facilitate Events: Facilitate and advise on SAFe events like PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze business needs, identify process improvements, and implement best practices and tools to enhance performance.
  • Training and Development: Conduct Agile training sessions and workshops for teams, leaders, and executives across the organization.
  • Evaluation and Improvement: Monitor effectiveness of Agile adoption using KPIs and metrics; promote data-driven decision-making.
  • Value Stream Identification: Lead initiatives to identify Value Streams and Agile Release Trains (ARTs), and support their successful implementation.
Requirements:
  • Qualifications: A Master's degree with 46 years of experience in SAFe, software, systems, and Agile business processes or a Bachelor's degree with 68 years of relevant experience or a Diploma with 10-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Proven Knowledge: Proven knowledge of SAFe framework and Agile coaching.
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Jira, Confluence, and other Agile tools.
  • Certification: SAFe for Teams certification is mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Workshop Facilitation: Workshop facilitation experience.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Scrum, Kanban, and Lean practices.
  • Advanced Certifications: Advanced certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA are a plus.
Soft Skills:
  • Analytical and Communication Skills: Excellent analytical and assessment capabilities, strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Initiative and Collaboration: High initiative and self-motivation, strong collaboration and teamwork across global teams.
  • Multitasking: Ability to juggle multiple priorities and provide executive-level training.
