Job Opening for Agile Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Expert to coach and mentor our team in Agile practices, empowering them to self-organize and continuously improve.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation of Agile methodologies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
  • Work closely with Product Owners, QA, and DevOps to ensure high-quality, timely releases through effective project management and reporting.
  • Utilize Agile Metrics Reporting to provide insights into team performance, aiding decision-making and fostering accountability.
  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
  • 5-7+ years of proven experience as a Scrum Master in a fast-paced software development environment, adept in Agile methodologies (particularly Scrum).
  • Proficiency in Agile tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Agile Metrics Reporting for effective project management and reporting.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices, with the ability to guide and coach teams towards self-organization and continuous improvement.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM) preferred.

Desirable Skills:

  • Familiarity with Agile tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, Rally, or Trello.
  • Strong stakeholder management and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to create complex dashboards for burndown charts, velocity, capacity planning, issue tracking, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
