Directly reporting to the Global IS Practice Manager - Digital Solutions, the Agile Transformation Lead– Digital Practice is responsible to:

  • Lead the Agile transformation strategy across departments and business units.
  • Design and implement Agile frameworks (e.g., Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, LeSS) tailored to organizational needs.
  • Coach senior leaders, product owners, scrum masters, and development teams.
  • Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and leadership alignment events.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, transparency, and collaboration.
  • Define Agile metrics and KPIs to track progress and value delivery.
  • Work with stakeholders to remove impediments to Agile adoption and delivery.
  • Align Agile initiatives with business strategy and technology roadmaps

Required profile and experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile roles, including 3+ years leading enterprise transformations.
  • Deep knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.)
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing Agile strategies, fostering cultural change, coaching teams and leadership, and ensuring alignement with organizational goals
  • Agile certifications (e.g., SAFe Program Consultant, Certified Scrum Professional, ICAgile Certified Expert) preferred.
  • Strong change management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict-resolution skills
