Agile Transformation Expert

About the Role

An experienced Agile Coach is required to drive transformative change within our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, deep understanding of Agile principles and proven experience in facilitating large-scale transformations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Coaching Agile teams and leadership on Scrum, SAFe and Lean principles to improve delivery efficiency.
  2. Fostering a culture of continuous improvement by embedding Agile values and practices.
  3. Leveraging expertise to assess team maturity and provide actionable recommendations for process enhancements.
  4. Collaborating with stakeholders to scale Agile frameworks such as SAFe, LeSS or Spotify model.
  5. Developing and delivering training workshops, bootcamps and knowledge sessions to enhance Agile capabilities.
  6. Supporting the integration of Agile methodologies into daily work, driving business outcomes and employee engagement.
