Agile Transformation Leader

Job Title: Agile Transformation Specialist

Experience Range: 10+ Years

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Transformation Specialist with a strong background in Agile transformation and delivery. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of facilitating Agile ceremonies, guiding teams on Agile principles, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives to ensure seamless collaboration among team members.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to manage and prioritize backlogs for effective project management.
  • Coach teams in Agile mindset, principles, and practices to foster high performance and drive continuous improvement.
  • Remove impediments to the teams' progress and escalate issues when necessary to maintain productivity.
  • Support PI Planning sessions and align with organizational goals to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Track and report team progress using Agile metrics and tools to inform data-driven decisions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the teams and across the organization to promote innovation and growth.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability to drive business success.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of total IT experience with at least 5+ years as an Agile Transformation Specialist.
  • SAFe Certified (mandatory) - SAFe Agilist (SA), SAFe Scrum Master (SSM), or equivalent.
  • Strong experience in Agile delivery frameworks - Scrum, SAFe, Kanban.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile project management tools (Jira, Rally, etc.).
  • Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and servant-leadership skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.
  • Exposure to Agile coaching beyond team level.
  • Experience working in distributed teams across geographies.
