Agile Coach Position

This role focuses on guiding and facilitating software development teams to achieve their goals. As an Agile Coach, you will play a vital part in ensuring teams have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

  • Maintaining situational awareness and resolving conflicts to increase transparency within the team
  • Developing expertise in widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
  • Understanding of PLM Applications e.g 3D Experience, Teamcenter for Automotive Domain
  • Knowledge of DevOps principles and practices - CI/CD/Test Automation /DevOps tools
  • Leadership, inter-personal communication, and negotiation/influencing skills to guide, mentor and motivate agile teams

The ideal candidate should have experience applying well-documented patterns and techniques for filling intentional gaps left in Scrum approach, as well as knowledge of other Agile approaches like XP, Kanban, Crystal, FDD etc.

As an Agile Coach, you will lead cross-functional teams through various Agile methodologies such as SAFe / LeSS, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality products efficiently.

  • Working with Agile frameworks and methodologies to drive team performance and productivity
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve team collaboration and efficiency
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop solutions that meet those needs

Responsibilities include leading cross-functional teams, developing and implementing Agile strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective team performance.
