Key Responsibilities:

  • Support agile teams as the Sr. Scrum Master, facilitating Scrum events and ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and values.
  • Cultivate Agile knowledge among team members, promoting self-organization and cross-functionality.
  • Remove impediments or obstacles hindering team progress, fostering a culture of collaboration, openness and transparency within the team.
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined and prioritized product backlog.
  • Maintain continuous improvement processes through regular retrospectives, implementing changes to enhance team performance.
  • Monitor and report Agile metrics to track team progress and quality of work.
  • Resolves conflicts within the team, promotes open communication and transparency, and supports organizational growth.
  • Effectively manages cross-team dependencies and protects the team from external disruptions.
  • Manage issues and risks to minimize development effort impact.
  • Serve as a mentor/coach for Scrum Master colleagues when needed.
