Job Description:

We are seeking an Agile Coach/Scrum Master to join our team. As a key member of our IT delivery team, you will play a vital role in driving transformation and growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Agile practices, Scrum process, and Kanban. They should be able to set up request intake and approval processes in JIRA Cloud and possess excellent communication and people-interaction skills.

Key responsibilities include providing project statuses for Senior and Executive Management, building and sustaining high-performing teams, and demonstrating strong analytical, conceptual, and quantitative problem-solving skills.

Able to provide need-based coaching to team members and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, highly complex environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science or STEM majors, or 6+ years of equivalent work experience in IT involving continuous process improvement, project management, business requirements, and analysis
  • Competent with JIRA, MS Project, Visio, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat Pro
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and follow up to ensure achievement of deadlines, outcomes, and results
