**Scrum Master Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for facilitating agile ceremonies, enhancing PI planning, and enabling continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with Agile/Project Management and good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud domain. They will also have a strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and events.

As a Scrum Master, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive agile transformation, inspire continuous improvement, and coach team members on Agile practices. You will also be responsible for onboard and coaching team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate agile ceremonies, enhance PI planning, and enable continuous improvement.
  • Aid in building roadmaps, manage backlog, and address impediments within agile contexts.
  • Drive agile transformation, inspire continuous improvement, and coach team members on Agile practices.
  • Onboard and coach team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Empower the team to build a productive environment by removing impediments and facilitating internal communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelors degree in relevant field with minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
  • Hands-on experience on Agile/Project Management with good knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud domain.
  • Strong communication skills including ability to communicate with global stakeholders at various organizational levels and vendors.
