Agile Transformation Expert

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Expert to drive process improvements and foster a culture of continuous excellence.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be instrumental in coaching and guiding teams on Agile methodologies to enhance productivity, efficiency, and collaboration. As an Agile Transformation Expert, you will design and implement tailored strategies for our organization, leveraging your expertise in Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute Agile transformation plans to improve team performance and organizational agility.
  • Provide coaching, training, and facilitation services to teams, promoting Agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Assess current state processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive cultural shift towards Agile values and principles.
  • Design and implement metrics to measure success and progress in Agile transformations.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, with a strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
  • Proven track record of successfully transforming teams through Agile implementations.
  • Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Professional Scrum Master (PSM), SAFe Agilist (SA)) is a plus.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and mentoring skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage conflict effectively.
  • Experience in metrics and reporting related to Agile performance is preferred.
  • Relevant experience in industry domains like IT, software development, or consultancy is advantageous.
