Job Title: Agile Transformation Expert

Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Agile Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 11+ years of experience in Agile adoption and transformation, with expertise in SAFe/equivalent frameworks.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving Agile adoption across the organization, working closely with teams to establish Scrum practices, ceremonies, and processes. They will also coach peers, teams, and management on Agile concepts, benefits, and metrics.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about Agile, has excellent communication skills, and can adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in execution of Agile adoption strategy and rollout plans for identified teams
  • Embody servant leadership and display behaviors to invoke mindset shifts associated with Agile methods
  • Hands-on involvement in helping teams adopt to Scrum and establish requisite practices, ceremonies, and processes
  • Cross-functional collaboration and coaching of peers, teams, and management on Agile concepts, practices, benefits, and metrics
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Minimum of 8+ years' of Agile practical usage with 4+ years as hands-on Agile Coach
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience required
  • Involvement in the Agile community
