Job Title: Agile Transformation Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Agile expert to drive cultural change and adoption within our organization.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agile methodologies, project management principles, and technical program management concepts.

As an Agile Transformation Expert, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of agile frameworks and tools, promoting cross-functional collaboration and communication, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement agile strategies to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
  • Provide expert-level guidance on agile project management tools, specifically JIRA and Rally.
  • Mentor teams in adopting agile methodologies and best practices.
  • Analyze and improve existing workflows, identifying areas for optimization and implementing data-driven solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in an agile environment, with at least 3-5 years specifically in an Agile Coach or Senior Scrum Master role.
  • Demonstrated experience successfully completing one full hands-on, end-to-end project cycle from discovery to delivery using agile methodologies.
  • Proven ability to act as an Agile Champion, driving cultural change and adoption.
  • Expert-level proficiency with agile project management tools, specifically JIRA and Rally.
  • Strong background in Project Management principles and practices, ideally in a technical environment.
  • Experience with TPM (Technical Program Management) concepts, including managing complex technical dependencies and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
