Job Title: Agile Transformation Leader

Drive business value and team alignment through enterprise agile practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop teams of individual contributors or managers in complex roles, maximizing delivery and alignment with enterprise goals.
  • Coach and support teams to guide changes, reduce dependencies, and improve cohesion.
  • Determine strategies and actions as a leader devoted to removing obstacles and meeting high-risk deliverables.
  • Ask open questions to help employees rethink work structures, enhance understanding of agile practices, and improve interactions.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning, change management, and process adoption via metrics, benefits realization, outcomes, retrospective findings, and interactive communications.
  • Partner with engineering and product leadership to foster strong relationships between teams.
  • Collaborate with professionals at all levels to ensure a continuous feedback loop with coaching, product development, metrics, and tooling.
Requirements:
  • 6+ years of Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, education.
  • 3+ years of management or leadership experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in agile transformation, coaching, or a related leadership role.
  • Deep expertise in agile methodologies and a track record of driving successful agile delivery in complex environments.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
Job Expectations:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Scrum Masters, providing guidance on agile best practices.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and implement strategic improvement plans to enhance team performance and alignment with organizational goals.
