Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology strategy services, you will play a critical role in helping organizations develop and implement effective agile methodologies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of agile principles and practices, as well as experience leading agile scrum delivery teams. You will be responsible for managing large-scale end-to-end application development projects, driving and facilitating scrum ceremonies, and ensuring the successful implementation of agile frameworks.

Your expertise will help us deliver high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our clients. In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy innovative software solutions that drive business value.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead agile scrum delivery teams in the development of complex software applications.
  • Develop and maintain agile project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements and prioritize project goals.
  • Manage conflicts and issues that arise during project execution.

Requirements:
  • 7-12 years of experience in agile project management.
  • Strong knowledge of agile principles and practices, including Scrum and Kanban.
  • Proven ability to lead agile scrum delivery teams and manage large-scale projects.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
