About the Role

Our organization is seeking a seasoned professional to lead strategic initiatives driving transformation across Supply Chain Management, Finance, Human Capital Management, Technology, and Industry solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee end-to-end Oracle Cloud SCM transformations, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor across multiple client engagements.
  • Design, build, and configure Oracle SCM applications to meet evolving business needs.
  • Establish and enforce best practices, maturity models, and solution frameworks.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally, provide solutions impacting multiple business areas, and drive strategic decision-making.
  • Mentor and guide teams, fostering knowledge sharing and capability development.
  • Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with client and organizational strategy.
  • Contribute to high-value deal solutioning and Oracle partnership engagements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), Supply Chain Planning.
  • Strong experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion (ERP, SCM, HCM), Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
  • Proven track record in strategic Oracle Cloud architecture design and delivery.
  • Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
