Administrative Assistant for Senior Management

The Arya Group, a leading manufacturer of electrical metal components, is seeking a highly skilled and organized individual to fill the role of an Executive Assistant for its Senior Management team. As the point of contact between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, this role requires excellent communication and presentation skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the executives' diaries and calendars, preparing reports, and presenting data in a timely and accurate manner. Key responsibilities include maintaining appointment schedules, monitoring emails, answering calls, and taking minutes during meetings. Additionally, the candidate will be required to make travel and accommodation arrangements and possess advanced experience in Microsoft Office skills. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join the Arya Group's team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the point of contact for senior management and external partners
- Manage diaries and calendars, prepare reports, and present data
- Maintain appointment schedules and monitor emails

- Utilize Microsoft Office skills to support senior management
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
