Lead Proposal Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Proposal Strategist to play a pivotal role in securing high-value contracts.

  1. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing the bid lifecycle, from opportunity identification to final submission, ensuring compliance with all RFP/RFI/Tender requirements.
  2. They will conduct research to influence new business opportunities and create impact on business proposals.
  3. A winning strategy that clearly articulates the value proposition, in-house model benefits, Gen AI, and creative capabilities is crucial for success.

The selected individual will collaborate with global and local teams, including creative, client services, production, and technology to align solutions with client needs. They will be responsible for implementing Gen AI in research tasks and day-to-day activities.

Crafting impactful case studies, storytelling decks, and draft proposals that resonate with senior decision-makers is essential. The Lead Proposal Strategist will maintain a library of high-quality case studies, credentials, and proposal assets to accelerate future bids.

Bid governance, quality assurance, and adherence to brand standards are also key responsibilities. Additionally, the individual will track bid performance metrics, analyze win/loss trends, and refine strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development within creative agencies, marketing services, or integrated communications.
  • Proven success in winning large-scale, multi-market contracts.
  • Exceptional storytelling, content writing, and stakeholder management skills are necessary.
  • Experience with Gen AI, automation tools, MS Office Suite, and familiarity with agency workflows is required.
  • Understanding of marketing delivery channels (digital, content, social, video production, tech-enabled marketing) is also essential.
