Senior Business Growth Manager

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to contribute towards making India a pensionable society by expanding NPS adoption. You will be working with corporates, PSUs, emerging partners, and individual clients, while collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute plans to achieve business targets & expand customer base
  2. Promote NPS to corporate and retail clients
  3. Generate new leads through references, networking, and market outreach
  4. Prospect, meet, and engage with top management of corporates (CXOs/VPs)
  5. Negotiate terms, onboard corporates, and manage client implementation
  6. Conduct presentations and awareness sessions on retirement planning solutions
  7. Provide client support, resolve queries, and ensure smooth servicing
Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduates – 2025 Batch Pass-Outs
  • Candidates with 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, or Relationship Management
  • Immediate joiners will be preferred
