About the Role

This is a strategic business leadership opportunity requiring the ability to act as a consultative partner to senior executives, understand evolving business challenges, and design workforce solutions that create measurable impact.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping the growth strategy of our Resource Management division. This is not a traditional sales role—it is a strategic business leadership opportunity, requiring the ability to influence decision-makers at the highest levels.

Key Responsibilities include Strategic Client Engagement: acting as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior leadership, aligning our solutions with client business goals, Business Growth: developing and executing long-term business development strategies to expand market share and establish us as a premier staffing partner, and Executive Relationship Management: building and sustaining high-level relationships with senior executives, particularly within Global Capability Centers (GCCs).

Requirements

  • 10–20 years' experience in business development, client relations, or staffing/consulting, with a proven track record in domestic IT staffing business development.
  • Demonstrated expertise in the GCC (Global Capability Centers) market with deep networks and relationships across technology-driven enterprises.
  • Proven success in building executive-level partnerships, managing complex accounts, and driving multi-million-dollar growth portfolios.
  • A consultative, solution-oriented approach with the ability to influence senior decision-makers.
  • Strong expertise in market expansion, strategic sales, and consultative account management.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with a strong executive presence.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growth environment while maintaining long-term strategic focus.
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
