This is an exciting career opportunity to lead business growth and development across the region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving business expansion and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:- Establish and manage the business development vertical, including franchisee sourcing, property sourcing, and team management.
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth and profitability.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders to source properties and drive new store openings.
- Manage teams effectively, handling 1-2 direct reports in the past.
- Ensure thorough understanding of profit and loss statements and guarantee NSO (new store opening) profitability.
We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong track record of business development, preferably with experience in setting up processes, start-up mindset, strategic intent, and understanding of retail operations.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent qualification.
A solutions-driven mindset, speed of execution, attention to detail, collaborative approach, willingness to work in a dynamic environment, and ability to thrive in uncertainty are essential for this role.
