Business Growth Manager

About This Role:

  • This position involves leading key functions, including creative teams, production, digital marketing, and user acquisition; as well as managing large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
  • You will be solving first-time, complex challenges across diverse genres, tackling novel, first-of-their-kind problems.
  • You will have the opportunity to work on AI-Driven Production & Scaling, Content Adaptation & Commissioning, Live-Action Production, Revenue & Retention Optimization, and Content Growth & Expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement successful business strategies to drive sustainable growth and expansion.
  • Analyze complex data to inform decision-making and optimize performance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Develop and execute plans to drive growth, and analyze results to make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful business strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
