We are seeking a highly skilled professional to drive manufacturing excellence across pan-India plants. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and project management skills, with the ability to interpret business needs and translate them into operational requirements.

  • Implement standard world-class manufacturing frameworks to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Work closely with key stakeholders to build a continuous improvement environment, supporting an ongoing manufacturing transformation.
  • Take ownership of change initiatives from evolution/efficiency identification through to project delivery, via internal governance and controls.
  • Monitor project risks to foresee potential problems and proactively identify solutions.
  • Ensure business impact and project objectives/dependencies are identified, reported on, and managed at all times.
  • Deliver coaching and run projects across plants, ensuring successful implementation and continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of partners, senior managers, and subject matter experts. A good honors degree in a relevant engineering discipline is advantageous, along with experience in designing or implementing a framework of continuous improvement.
