We are seeking a highly experienced production management professional to oversee the operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in managing production teams and processes.

  • Lead a team of production supervisors and technicians to ensure timely completion of production targets and improve overall efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the planning team to execute daily, weekly, and monthly material planning, achieving maximum productivity and reducing costs.
  • Responsible for resolving daily challenges through effective problem-solving and leadership, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal resource utilization.
  • Conduct regular production meetings to address productivity, efficiency, and quality concerns, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate day-to-day operations across manufacturing departments, streamlining processes and improving communication.
  • Spearhead key performance projects and improvement activities in coordination with support groups, driving business growth and innovation.
  • Manage ECO documentation and implementation control, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
  • Review and recommend enhancements for existing inter-department procedures, optimizing workflows and reducing bottlenecks.
  • Monitor and control non-quality costs through corrective measures, minimizing losses and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Take corrective actions through projects to address customer complaints, ensuring resolution and prevention of future issues.
  • Implement and maintain SPS systems, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
  • Ensure ongoing monitoring and improvement of all production KPIs, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
  • Drive manpower planning for the plant and implement multi-skilling for the workforce, enhancing skills and knowledge.
