Job Description:

As a seasoned manufacturing leader, you will drive end-to-end operations across production, assembly, fabrication, paint shop, and machine shop. You will ensure timely execution of manufacturing plans with a focus on safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive manufacturing & operations leadership to ensure efficient shop floor operations.
  • Establish and enforce manufacturing SOPs, process sheets, routings, and control plans.
  • Lead procurement and vendor management for raw materials, consumables, and bought-outs.
  • Develop monthly and weekly production schedules based on sales forecasts and available resources.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams for timely material availability and production readiness.
  • Monitor production progress and drive actions to resolve bottlenecks.

Requirements:

  • 20–25 years of relevant manufacturing experience in capital equipment, machinery, or engineering industries.
  • Hands-on exposure to fabrication, machining, and machine assembly shop floors.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiar with Indian labour laws, vendor ecosystems, and manufacturing best practices.
  • Preferably from Gujarat or neighbouring states for ease of relocation and language familiarity.
