Job Title: Chief Technology Officer

We are seeking a visionary Chief Technology Officer to drive our technical strategy and spearhead innovation in cutting-edge technologies.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping our products and services, leveraging the latest advancements in AI, telephony, and software development.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement technology roadmaps for short-term and long-term goals, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Make key architecture decisions for software products, prioritizing scalability, security, and performance.
  • Lead the integration of telephony systems with software solutions, driving seamless communication experiences.
  • Oversee technology budgets and resource allocation across global teams, optimizing efficiency and productivity.
  • Build, lead, and mentor high-performing engineering teams, fostering collaboration and innovation.
  • Establish technical standards, best practices, and development methodologies, promoting excellence in software development.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to critical development efforts, staying hands-on with the latest technologies.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to align technology capabilities with market needs, ensuring strategic product launches.
Requirements:
  • At least 12 years of experience in software development and engineering, with a strong background in AI, telephony, and cloud architectures.
  • 5+ years of experience with telephony systems and infrastructure, including VoIP, SIP, and PBX systems.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with AI technologies, including conversational and generative AI development.
  • 3+ years of leadership experience managing engineering teams, with a proven track record of successful product launches and technology implementations.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Strong coding skills, with continued hands-on technical involvement.
  • Experience working in multinational companies or startups/scaleups, with excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent Communication Skills, with ability to travel between global offices.
