Channel Expansion Manager Job Opportunity

  1. Drive channel expansion in the region by identifying new opportunities for growth and developing strategies to capitalize on them.
  2. Optimize operational efficiency across all retail outlets within a catchment area, ensuring world-class customer experience and maintaining high standards of hygiene and governance.
  3. Develop and implement effective performance management systems to monitor and evaluate team members' performance, providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement.
  4. Foster strong relationships with stakeholders and team members to promote collaboration, mutual understanding, and open communication.
  5. Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive issue resolution and effective communication.
