Strategic Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned senior business professional to drive revenue growth and build impactful client relationships. This is an individual contributor role where you will take ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management, proposals, and closures.
Key Responsibilities:- End-to-end ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management & closures.
- Develop and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
- Drive new client acquisition while nurturing existing BFSI & Fintech relationships.
- Efficiently draft and respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposal).
- Maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
- Collaborate with the EVP - Sales on strategies to achieve quarterly & annual targets.
- 8-12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS.
- Expertise in proposal development, sales funnel management, and direct sales conversions.
- Strong networking ability and proven track record in individual lead closures.
- Excellent communication, client engagement, and negotiation skills.
