Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Foster strong relationships with clients to drive revenue growth and expansion.
- Talent Development: Mentor and support the development of a high-performing sales team.
Expertise You'll Bring:
- Hunting and farming experience in CRO and Pharma industries, with demonstrable existing relationships with executives within the GCC landscape.
- Demonstrable experience in achieving annual revenue targets and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
- Experience in managing and growing a portfolio of over $5-10M, with a proven track record of success in reviewing sales plans and pipelines.
- Strong knowledge of the business environment and ability to spot opportunities and convert them into business value for clients.
- Excellent relationship-building skills, consultative skills, and ability to manage in a complex matrix environment.
