We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the full recruitment lifecycle for multiple clients across various industries.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for strategizing and executing talent acquisition plans to meet client requirements with quality and speed.

You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring consistent service delivery and satisfaction. Additionally, you will manage a team of recruiters, providing mentorship, performance tracking, and development.

Your responsibilities will also include managing vendor partnerships and candidate pipelines effectively, handling end-to-end recruitment for permanent, contract, and executive search roles, monitoring recruitment metrics, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

Key Requirements:

  • At least 5+ years of experience in HR consultancy recruitment (staffing/recruitment agency environment).
  • Proven experience in handling delivery and recruitment independently.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and candidate screening.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong client management and stakeholder handling capabilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects.
  • Good knowledge of recruitment tools, job portals, and ATS systems.
