Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across various departments and levels within the organization. They will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies, managing the full-cycle of hiring processes, and ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new hires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage the entire hiring process from requisitioning to offer extension, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate closely with directors and department heads to identify key staffing requirements and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • Design and implement engaging onboarding programs, fostering a positive and inclusive culture for new employees.
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in human resources, preferably in a similar capacity.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
