Job Title: Senior Employee Relations Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our employee relations team in managing workplace investigations, grievances, and interpersonal conflicts. The successful candidate will have a strong strategic mindset and excellent communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct workplace investigations and oversee a team of employee relations professionals who conduct investigations/grievances, provide advice and counsel on conflict matters, and support sensitive employee issues.
  • Provide meaningful insights and recommendations to key stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Act as regional pillar to ensure centralized internal Employee Relations Case Management (ERCM) tracker is updated and maintained.
  • Manage and assemble a diverse and inclusive Employee Relations team that executes on strategic and operational goals and scales for the future.
  • Collaborate with Global Employment Law, Ops, COEs, and HRBP stakeholders to develop initiatives aligned to the region and across the enterprise.

About the Role:

  • This role requires a strong understanding of employment law, human resources practices, and employee relations principles.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience in conducting workplace investigations, managing grievances, and providing advice and counsel on conflict matters.
  • You will work closely with senior leaders across the organization to drive business outcomes and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
