Senior Employee Relations Manager

Key Accountabilities:
- Act as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Employee Relations matters in the country, ensuring cross-functional collaboration.
- Identify and advise on potential Employee Relations issues, providing strategic recommendations to senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to business partners throughout the employee lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration of Employee Relations strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including Legal and HR, to address Employee Relations-related matters, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of Employee Relations policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Investigate Employee Relations-related allegations, working collaboratively with investigators and stakeholders to ensure fair and timely resolutions.
- Analyze trends and develop insights to inform strategic decisions, driving business growth and improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Postgraduate degree in Business or Management, with a specialization in Human Resources.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Employee Relations, with at least 4 years of focused experience in Employee Relations leadership roles.
- Proven track record of influencing without authority, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
- Experience in managing complex investigations, developing policies, and implementing procedures.
