Job Description

As a Senior Talent Development Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing training programs to develop the skills of current employees and improve their effectiveness in their roles.

The role involves partnering with schools and universities to find, train, and recruit new talent, as well as managing the hiring and onboarding process for new employees. You will also oversee the entire journey of trainees, from their initial training to their transition into permanent roles.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and delivering training programs that meet the business needs of the organization.
  • Partnering with schools and universities to identify and recruit top talent.
  • Managing the hiring and onboarding process for new employees.
  • Overseeing the progress of trainees and ensuring they receive the best possible experience and training.
  • Implementing digital initiatives to make training more accessible, effective, and data-driven.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A postgraduate or MBA qualification (Ph.D. preferred).
  • At least 15 years of experience in talent development and training.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
