This exceptional opportunity is for a highly experienced and strategic-minded professional to join our Human Resources team's Talent Management and Strategy group. This role plays a crucial part in our company's growth and success, responsible for developing and implementing talent management strategies that align with our organization's objectives and values.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Strategy Development: Develop, implement, and evaluate talent management strategies that support long-term growth and business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Senior Leadership: Align talent strategies with overall organizational strategy.
  • Performance Management: Design and manage performance management processes, including goal setting, performance evaluations, and career development plans.
  • Employee Development and Training: Identify training needs and create learning programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and execute initiatives to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Succession Planning: Develop and maintain a robust succession planning process to identify and prepare internal talent for future leadership roles.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in HR or a related field.
  • 5+ years of proven HR experience.
  • Strong strategic thinking and ability to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Strong knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
