Strategic HR Leader

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading human resources operations and demonstrate strong leadership, problem-solving, and employee engagement capabilities.

About the Role:
  • Strategic Workforce Planning:

Partner with senior management to define and implement a comprehensive human resources strategy that aligns with the organization's goals. Lead organizational design and workforce planning efforts to support business growth.

  • End-to-End HR Operations:

Oversee all human resources operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and compliance.

Implement robust human resources policies and processes tailored to the needs of the organization, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and industry best practices.

  • Talent Management & Development:

Lead initiatives for employee training, leadership development, and succession planning to build a strong talent pipeline.

Develop and implement performance management systems, ensuring regular performance evaluations, feedback, and career development opportunities for employees.

  • Employee Engagement & Culture:

Foster a positive work environment that reflects the organization's values, encouraging engagement, diversity, and inclusion within the team.

Serve as a trusted advisor to both employees and management on human resources-related issues, ensuring proactive resolution of employee concerns and conflicts.

  • HR Analytics & Reporting:

Utilize data-driven insights to inform decision-making and monitor the effectiveness of human resources programs and initiatives.

Regularly report on human resources metrics (hiring, retention, employee satisfaction, etc.) to senior leadership.

  • Change Management & Leadership:

Lead the human resources aspects of business transitions, including scaling teams, mergers, or reorganization efforts as the organization grows.

Act as a change agent, driving initiatives that support business transformation and cultural alignment in a high-growth environment.

About You:
  • Qualifications:

MBA/PGDM in Human Resources

8–12 years of progressive human resources experience, with prior exposure to logistics, supply chain, or similar industries considered an advantage

Experience in leading human resources for a business unit or vertical, with a strong track record of driving business-aligned human resources strategies.

In-depth knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and human resources best practices in India.

Proven experience in handling large, diverse teams across multiple locations or business units.
