Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise the Bakery Kitchen to prepare consistent, high-quality products
  • Ensure courteous, professional, and efficient service
  • Assist with the implementation of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant
  • Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage
  • Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
  • Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System
