The Hyatt Regency Lucknow is seeking a skilled Chef de Partie to join our Bakery team. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient operation of the department, ensuring high-quality products, and providing exceptional service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise the Bakery Kitchen to prepare consistent, high-quality products
- Ensure courteous, professional, and efficient service
- Assist with the implementation of Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
- Collaborate with the team to achieve departmental goals and objectives
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie or 3-4 years as a Demi Chef de Partie/Commis in a hotel or large restaurant
- Qualification in Kitchen Production or Management is an advantage
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen hygiene practices and occupational health and safety standards
- Basic computer skills in MS Office and Recipe Maintenance System
