About the PositionWe are seeking a Debt Funding Analyst with expertise in raising debt funds and experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks to lead our team's efforts in securing optimal funding costs.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive debt fundraising processes to secure funding from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Build and manage relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to ensure sustained funding.
- Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure compliance with RBI/NBFC regulations.
- Develop funding strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
- Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure through close collaboration with other teams.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks, NBFCs, and financial institutions.
- Strong network with lenders, including banks, NBFCs, DFIs, and structured finance players.
- Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential.
- Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
- Solid understanding of RBI/NBFC regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
- Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.
