Position: Senior Associate/ Associate Vice President – Investment Bnaking

Qualification:

MBA from Top Tier Colleges/ CA's.

Experience: 6 years relevant experience in Investment Banking. Preference to

candidates with prior experience in Real Assets, Logistics & Transportation Sector

Key Responsibilities

· Cover Real Assets / Logistics & Transportation / Paper & Paper Packaging as

sectors of focus. Real Assets sector comprises residential, commercial, retail,

hospitality, industrial warehousing, data centers, and educational infrastructure assets.

· Deal execution in M&A and capital raising right (private + public markets – IPO, QIP)

from pitching to deal closure

· Lead client interface for deal execution at senior levels along with other members in

the team

· Support ideation process within the sector to generate BD ideas and prepare pitch

decks. Participate in BD pitches and client interface for deal origination

· Mentor junior/mid -level resources within the team and jointly work for deal execution /

origination

Key Skills Required:

· Strong deal execution skills, comprising building financial models, PowerPoint

presentations for high-quality pitch books, CIMs & other client collateral

· Prior deal closure experience in Investment Banking – M&A / capital raising. Any

exposure to working on structured credit / mezz financing related transactions will be an

added advantage

· Client management skills at senior levels

· Analytical in thought and approach, diligent and detail oriented in work quality
