This role involves designing and implementing standard operating procedures (SOPs) and processes for different initiatives to improve learner outcomes. You will take ownership of processes, identify gaps, and conduct root cause analysis to close them.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management and education, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to identify gaps and drive execution. Prior experience in managing a team of delivery executives is highly desirable.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective SOPs and processes to enhance learner outcomes.
• Identify and analyze process gaps, and develop strategies to address them.
• Lead and guide a team of associates and senior associates to achieve program goals.
• Collaborate with teams to deliver results and drive business growth.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a reputable institution.
• 3+ years of experience in consulting firms, fast-growing startups, or edtech companies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
