Data Analyst Intern

This is a full-time 6-months paid internship for Data Analysis with Marastu located in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.

The responsibility of this position is gathering, analysing, and presenting data to track the performance of digital marketing campaigns. Data analyst will work closely with the paid media team to ensure delivering key campaign reports with actionable insights to drive improvements.

Tenure: 6 Months Internship (Non-Negotiable)

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Shift Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM IST

Working Days: Monday to Friday

What Will You Be Doing?

- Data Analysis: Collect, organize, and analyse data from various sources, including ad platforms, web analytics, and CRM systems to evaluate campaign performance
- Reporting: Create detailed and insightful reports that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs), trends, and opportunities for optimization that provides insight into key data points. Reports should be clear, concise, and tailored to the client's needs
- Performance Optimization: Identify areas for campaign improvements and advise media team with regular inputs based on data analysis, such as adjusting ad spend, targeting, or creative elements
- Dashboard Development: Develop and maintain internal performance dashboards that provide real-time access to campaign performance metrics
- Data Visualization: Utilize data visualization tools to create compelling charts, graphs, and visual representations of data to facilitate understanding and decision-making
- Quality Assurance: Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting and analytics efforts
- Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new tools, and best practices in digital marketing analytics

Skills:

- Skills in a related field (Marketing, Business, Analytics, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Microsoft Excel, or other relevant platforms
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for internal interactions
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus
- Know-how of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Social Media) and advertising platforms is advantageous
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work
